Fire Mountain Farm is a small, family run farm in the Hamakua District of Hawaii. We produce hand packed, raw, unfiltered honey. Fire Mountain Farm honey is “farm honey” meaning it may be from the pollen of various flowers depending on the season and the preferences of the bees. The hives are located in the midst of a macadamia nut and coffee farm but is surrounded by eucalyptus, Ohia lehua and guava trees. Various other trees are mixed into the orchard, including citrus, avocado, and persimmon. Our honey ranges in color from very dark (primarily macadamia) to light and creamy (primarily guava and Ohia lehua.) Each harvest is somewhat different in taste but all are delicious. We also produce Macamania ™, a combination of honey and macadamia nut butter.
